Browse pages: You can browse the pages at the bottom right corner.
Number of items per page: You can adjust the number of items shown on each page at the bottom left corner.
Restrict columns: You can restrict the table to particular column(s) by clicking on the grid symbol at the top right corner, and selecting the column names.
Search: You can search across all the columns using the Search box at the top right corner. To restrict the search to particular column(s), just restrict the table beforehand.
Sort and Filter columns: Each column is sortable and filterable. To sort a column, simply click on the header. To filter a column, use the dropdown list beneath the header.
You can export the data in two ways.
Method 1: To export all items in a filtered table
Step 1: Select your export preference as "Export All" in the dropdown list located at the top left corner "Select Export Options"
Step 2: Use filters to help you find your items.
Step 3: Select the export file type (e.g. MS-Excel) in the dropdown list at the top right corner of the table.
Step 4: A download prompt should appear.
Method 2: To export all checked items in a filtered table
Step 1: Select your export preference as "Export Selected" in the dropdown list located at the top left corner "Select Export Options"
Step 2: Select your items by checking the check boxes in the first column. You can filter and sort the columns as well as browse the pages (bottom right) to help you find your items.
Step 3 (Optional): Note that the export process will only look for the checked items in the final filtered table, therefore you might want to reset your filters to the neutral positions before exporting.
Step 4: Select the export file type (e.g. MS-Excel) in the dropdown list at the top right corner of the table.
Step 5: A download prompt should appear.
